A passion in poetry, a need to have inspiration as a having the sense in the mind.
An expression in many ways to be developed and horn the skills of interpretation.
Sometimes to be awaken in the mids of a long night of rest and noted down the very thoughts at that period of time. An experience of Life being given and truely lived for it.
The likes of : Sweet goodnights is in my thoughts,
Morning dew is for you
It is the thinking of someone dear to and a friend, to express how grateful in having such a friend when in need.
As for morning dew:is the time in the waking moments of sleep.
Some may be of experience of a nature where the visitation of a place that one may have come by :A city so vast in sight, with no signs to abide.
What a fool it is to be bind, in a city of decline.
Expressive in the sense that the city is of no delights and many of it is out of the normal in one's daily life. Not only that it is non progressive in many way, be it a city, hinder from developing.
All true to the nature of things to come and had pass by on the wayward side.

School of memories
A liking to that of life , it is kind of having the past in the front of you when going forward in high gear** Age wise is a relevant thing to acknowledge and as one having said that, time will mellow the strong and as well as that for the strength gain in the end. Thinking of the mates i had and the help they may have given me not to their knowing, and the moments where they may have the financial gain in later life.
For example a game of table tennis, the queer sense of control of the ball and the strength of moving it to a point of scoring on the line, itself is the fundamental gain in our daily lives. It may be due to the momentum or that of the way , we hit it but what is most important is that , we know very well the outcome of such a move**
Having met a few of my mates who have had the financial gains of a many more than others, yet is not satisfied to the extend that it is a breakdown to their marriages.
Others going half the speed as one would like to, having failures and bouncing back to take on the challenges , gaining as much as they having loss**
I would say to all is that Life will have many turnings and we are the ones needing the courage to adapt to it on the run**
And the last of all is the school of thoughts that i have gone to **
Anything is worth pondering , but do not stand still to let it past you by**

Upon my Wife's Demise
There is a time for which one has to brace oneself to be strong and the wilderness of a plenty in emotional feelings.I and my wife have gone on from thick and thin , for good and bad times and all the emotional stirring of a loving couple**
Who in this world of ours to know that one has to depart before the other* The fundamental process of the World around us. A term use by many as that of Death**
The very fact that one has to face, to the extend that one have to bow to it and accept it in it's fact. Keeping good memories of the times we cherished together, the closeness of the mental frequencies in life for the both of us.
It has been a month or so and it is just a flash in our lives before then, an estimate thirty- four years. Memories of the photos we had to show the children of ours the good times , we shared together. As well as themselves with both of us too** What would one recommend to resolve such a long episode in Life?

The time i had as a child is one as memorable as ripple in a pool. Some to the asses for which that i had the fun of doing** The transportation system is by bus only, so name as the LIM SENG SENG BUS COMPANY own by a Pernakan name CHEAH SENG KIM.
MY DAD WORKS AS A SPRAYPAINTER AND CUSION REPAIRER in the Company
We enjoyed certain privileges, like free transportation to and from G'town. As a kid,I come to know the Drivers and Conductors too. Always smiling to them, to brighten up their day**
I had this till I was 15 years of age**
Next is the time i cherish having at my auntie's homes** Abundance of food to be eaten** Mostly specialities of the Nonya flavour. The likes of Fish in Yellow Turmeric, Acar and Pot's Luck**
Those days, it also at the Cinemas, sceening the latest movies before T.V. The movies of English Or Chinese dialects, even that of Tamil **
Trishaw rides to the Cinemas in the Heart of G"town

Mates and friends of Past
The very first teacher i had , was a very big ,muscular man named Mr. Micheal. He arrived on a motorcycle which is a Triump Royal. The sound of it engine is, one which could be heard a few kilometers away. This man is one who pull me by the ears and thew me ,up and then catch me as i fall. Maybe it will terrified others but not me! It was quite fun in fact!
He was a good master who drill us to the extend that ,you will remember what he taught**
Anyway,he will
always pick on me for the fun, not that i am not clever**
The class has a few plumb-size boys that very much enjoyed good food from home. so named one as JIMMY CHEW. He has spectacles which is too large for his face!
My good fighter friend CHONG HIN LOY whom we are together always on the field in front of the length of the school.Good fights, we had that my mother complain of the dirt on my pants and shirts**
Hey they have now grown up to be good citizens** One in the Arm forces, the other in the private sector**
To my mates that i have not mentioned, please be aware that all of you are always in my mind.
From the scruny to the good hearted, as well as that of comical one"s**

School that i had**
The school that i went to is one of the very first after that of St. Xavier's Institution. A Missionary school named La Salle school, After that of De La Salle. There was a vast expense of ground on both sides of it. Both grounds covers about more then a football pitch with a nice scented tree at one end of it. It was a three storey high building attach with a low grounded one at one end, as a canteen. We had a headmaster's office and Administrative room at the foyer with that of the statue of De La Salle placed there. The Teacher's room on the ground floor after the Principal's. The structure of the building is level with the road-way and the grounds is about 2 meters lower*
That times during the Monsoon season, the waters will cover the whole of the grounds around the school due to it having a river nearby to it. And it is a sight to see as the school is a ship above the waters.
Historically said the school was officiated in 1964-----Demolished in 1972 due to structural defects. But happy schooling days i had it here then. Especially the grounds around, be it for football, hockey, volleyball or that of softball. the grass pulling on a communal basis by all the students, 15 minutes before recess** Hey we were conscientious about global warming then.
The freedom of the open fields**
The laughter which the students had and the smiles of faces of those days gone-by**
That is why i consider myself a La Sallian at Heart and in Mind**
A School may be lost but the Spirit of it Lives on**

Small job big sacrifice
The events of time is like the flow of Water. I perceive that when i was a little boy, as i was also the only male in the family. The weight of responsibilities that is laid before me is immense**
To be schooling, yet to work on the job to help the family. Those days the use of a pushcart is a regular thing, be it just one that is made of wooden structure, together with that of wheels, source made up of four ball-bearings**. Quite a big one's that is**
To regularly push it on tarmac which consisted of more gravel that sand. The sound that it made is like that of an engine, going to pieces. There is no fun in doing so** Yet bear in mind that it helps to be of use to us** The long way to the out-post of the night light** The lone solitary lamp-post**
With the gathering of the folks beneath the light that help all of us to survive** The call to the households nearby, be it at the flats or that along the terrace houses. I do remember a drain that runs nearby that is channelled though a small, four sided, walled up area.
The rest place where ,myself and sister, jump in to have a short nap**
As the flow of time goes, settle up in another flat nearby, the workings of it is the same except, it is a need to walk up the stairs to the fourth level, for bringing the goods, down or up after finishing the night's work.
The day that i have to be schooling and the night that i have to be working**
Yet i endured the passage of time to the utmost that has help me to be a good, family man as i am today**
My schoolmates always relate that i am the only one of few that sleeps with his eyes open**
The one that walks back home at the end of every month**( NO SCHOOL FEES)
THE ROUGH AND TOUGH GUY THAT I WAS**
But i owe it to the understanding Teachers and friends i have, when schooling.
For they who knows the Small job that i am doing**sacrifice
